This site is run by Rohullah Hamid. [Registered legal name and postal address to be confirmed.] Any question about the information held about you can go straight to hi@rohullahhamid.com.

• Work With Me — project enquiry: your name, email, company, the service you need, your budget range and your project brief.
• Work With Me — paid strategy or training call: your name, email and which slot you asked about. Where a booking is completed through an external scheduler, the payment is handled there — card details never reach this site.
• Work With Me — speaking invitation: your name, email, organisation, event name, date, format, audience size, the topic requested and any details you add.
• Work With Me — general query: your name, email and message.
• Training waitlist: your name, email and which training you want to hear about.
• Newsletter signup: your email address, and which page you signed up from.

Browsing needs none of this. There is no account and no login, and no form collects a field you cannot see while filling it in.

Visit counts are measured with Vercel Analytics, which reports totals per page. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Your IP address is held in the server’s memory for about a minute when you submit a form, purely to rate-limit spam. It is never written to the database.

The only cookie this site sets is the login session for the administrator signing into the content area. As a visitor you are never given one.

To reply to you — answering an enquiry, arranging a call, responding to a speaking invitation, telling you when a training cohort opens, or sending the newsletter you asked for. That is the whole purpose, and submitting a form is what gives permission for it.

Your details are never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to build a profile of you.

• Form submissions are stored in this site’s content system, Payload CMS, on a PostgreSQL database.
• Images and uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare R2.
• The site itself is hosted on Vercel.
• A notification email is sent through Resend so the submission is seen and answered.

Each of those providers processes the data on Rohullah Hamid’s behalf and under their own security terms; none of them is permitted to use it for anything else. [Hosting and database regions to be confirmed.]

Enquiries are kept for [24 months] after the last contact, so a conversation can be picked back up. Waitlist entries are removed once the cohort they relate to has run. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. [Retention periods to be confirmed.]

Anything you ask to have deleted is deleted sooner — see below.

You can, at any time and free of charge, ask to:

• see what information is held about you;
• have anything inaccurate corrected;
• have it deleted entirely;
• stop receiving the newsletter, or withdraw permission given through a form;
• object to a particular use of it.

Email hi@rohullahhamid.com and say which of those you want. Requests are answered within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
